DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Ce poste est responsable du traitement des demandes téléphoniques, par courriel, chat ou fax, allant des plus simples aux plus complexes, provenant de clients internes et externes, de manière efficace, professionnelle et précise. Il/Elle fournit aux clients des informations sur les produits et résout leurs préoccupations. Il/Elle utilise son expertise fonctionnelle et sa connaissance de l’entreprise pour soutenir, développer et diriger de nouvelles initiatives, tout en maximisant la croissance et la rentabilité de l’entreprise.
This position is responsible for handling basic to complex telephone/email/chat/fax inquiries from internal and external customers in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. Provides customers with product knowledge and resolves customers concerns. Utilize functional expertise and knowledge of the business to support, develop and lead new initiatives, and maximize growth and profitability of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify, analyze, and improve processes.
  • Update and maintain relevant databases, ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance processes.
  • Engage, inspire, inform, and mentor new employees and position holders.
  • Project management: Initiate, implement, communicate, and document projects as needed.
  • Liaise with other departments where follow-up is necessary to meet client needs.
  • Provide customer support by handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat; leverage knowledge, understanding, and experience to manage the volume of inquiries from both internal and external clients, including escalating issues when necessary.
  • Resolve complex issues and concerns, and escalate other requests to appropriate departments when needed
