EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Entry Level

• Repair design, including CAD tools, to define the repair and provide instructions on how to install it.
• Stress analysis using a range of calculation methods and tools to demonstrate the structural performance of the repair.
• Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis to show that the repaired structure will remain safe for the aircraft’s life.
• Ensuring that the repair meets all the requirements (certification, manufacturing etc.) necessary to ensure a safe and effective solution
