As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution focused on leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and product delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered in alignment with Agile methodologies. You will play a key role in driving the success of medium-sized technology projects, which may span multiple business units and geographies, by guiding Agile teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring user requirements are delivered throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Collaborating with Agile engineering teams to implement DevOps practices such as test automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
- Leading the creation of epics, writing user stories, and managing the product backlog
- Supporting production issues and addressing functional queries as a priority
- Conducting analysis of customer journeys and product functionalities
- Defining and tracking metrics and performance indicators for the product
- Guiding Agile team performance and optimizing outcome metrics
- Contributing to the development and adoption of Business Analyst practices across the IT portfolio
- Assisting in managing risk exposure and supporting senior colleagues in risk management
- Driving continuous improvement across all delivery environments and disciplines
YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and LEAN
- Experience in managing and prioritizing backlogs for value streams or pods
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment
- Ability to support Product Owners or act as a Product Owner
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer journey analysis
- Ability to manage medium-sized technology projects across multiple geographies
- Knowledge of core banking, microservices, finance, or payments
- Experience in creating and tracking performance metrics
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
