- Automate process, genernalist, mapping process, stakeholder management.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and automation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
