ABOUT THE ROLE

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services organization, we are seeking a Director-Level Agile Coach to join their team. This is a newly created position, adding to an existing Agile coaching function, with a focus on deep, hands-on coaching, workshop facilitation, and strategic direction-setting to enhance agile maturity across squads.
With a well-established Agile program already in place, this role will provide dedicated coaching at the squad level, running targeted workshops, and embedding Agile best practices to drive real transformation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Agile Coach with strong training facilitation skills and a firm, decisive approach to setting direction.

  • Drive agile maturity across teams, ensuring consistent application of frameworks that align with business goals.
  • Facilitate high-impact training sessions, upskilling squads on Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to influence Agile adoption at an organizational level.
  • Identify and address challenges that hinder Agile progress, implementing solutions that drive efficiency and adaptability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring teams are equipped with the tools and mindset necessary for long-term Agile success.
