THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN BUCHAREST, ROMANIA.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Coach (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with teams across the organization to coach, mentor, and guide them in adopting agile methodologies and practices. In detail:
- Agile Coaching and Mentoring: Provide expert coaching and mentoring to teams at all levels, helping them to understand and apply agile principles, values, and practices effectively.
- Agile Transformation: Lead and support agile transformation initiatives, driving organizational change and cultural shifts towards a more agile mindset.
- Scrum Events and Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and processes.
- Team Empowerment: Empower teams to self-organize, take ownership of their work, and continuously improve their processes.
- Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and productivity.
- Community Building: Contribute to the development and growth of an agile community within the organization.
- KPIs: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team productivity and progress.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports on team performance to stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification in Agile Coaching or Scrum Master (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Coach (m/f/d)).
- Experience working in a distributed or remote team environment.
- Experience with agile scaling frameworks.
