Responsibilities:

  • Integrates agile values and methodologies into the organization
  • Develops the corporate culture and drives the mindset change
  • Participates in skill development and attitude formation
  • Facilitate decision-making processes covering all areas of software development
  • Holds trainings on agile principles, methodologies, tools, roles &responsibilities and agile leadership
  • Gives consultancy and coaching for the management and colleagues
  • Makes a proposal to improve the quality of thyssenkrupp processes
  • Works closely with the assigned agile teams and increase of their effectiveness
  • Improving the functioning of teams by presenting, understanding and adapting different methodologies and tools
  • Helps team members to develop their communication skills
  • Finds the best methods and tools and incorporates them into the daily work
  • Supporting the management in the identification of improvement opportunities and in the implementation of new methodologies and processes
  • Resolves conflicts between colleagues
