Responsibilities:
- Integrates agile values and methodologies into the organization
- Develops the corporate culture and drives the mindset change
- Participates in skill development and attitude formation
- Facilitate decision-making processes covering all areas of software development
- Holds trainings on agile principles, methodologies, tools, roles &responsibilities and agile leadership
- Gives consultancy and coaching for the management and colleagues
- Makes a proposal to improve the quality of thyssenkrupp processes
- Works closely with the assigned agile teams and increase of their effectiveness
- Improving the functioning of teams by presenting, understanding and adapting different methodologies and tools
- Helps team members to develop their communication skills
- Finds the best methods and tools and incorporates them into the daily work
- Supporting the management in the identification of improvement opportunities and in the implementation of new methodologies and processes
- Resolves conflicts between colleagues
