Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our newest standalone Agile Delivery Solutions Practice is expanding and as such, we are seeking multiple, career oriented and passionate, Agile practitioners (Associate/Consultant) with 3-8 years’ experience working with Agile/agility to join our Practice team on a permanent basis. Some current engagements look like this:
- Agile operating model review and co-design for scale
- Delivering consulting and delivery support whilst remaining agnostic to specific frameworks
- Facilitation of agile delivery across a Salesforce (CRM) implementation
- Continuous improvement of team-level agile practices across a scaled digital program.
- Agile delivery capability training design with consulting support

Responsibilities:
- Annual performance management program commencing with agreement of yearly objectives and associated key result measures, quarterly check-ins, monthly 1-on-1s, and culminating in a formal annual performance review.
