In anticipation of increasing scale and complexity of the business we’re now looking for a Agile Delivery Lead.
We are committed to transforming and supporting autonomous teams that are highly effective and driven by impact. As we try to do it at scale, it presents a challenge in coordinating all these teams’ amazing work into a cohesive effort. The Agile Delivery Lead (ADL) is crucial to this goal, ensuring the timely delivery of initiatives by managing dependencies and optimizing processes. The ADL works closely with Product and Engineering Managers to ensure reliable roadmaps and involve relevant stakeholders at the right times. They facilitate teamwork for business and technology decisions and incorporate strategic program management to align initiatives with organizational goals.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience within agile methodologies and cross-cooperation frameworks (e.g., Scrum, LeSS).
  • Strong program management skills, including strategic planning, governance and managing team capacity.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Miro).
  • Ability to design and implement process improvement strategies.
  • Understanding of technological processes (e.g. agile software development, DevOps) and organizational mechanisms necessary for organizational development, such as systems thinking, and change management.
  • Leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic refining and planning sessions to align initiatives with business objectives and ensure reliable roadmaps.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability through strategic communication.
  • Ensure the initiative has an updated Roadmap, incorporating all necessary teams and proactively addressing risks and impediments to keep initiatives on track.
  • Lead the identification and systemic resolution of cross-team dependencies.
  • Implement program-level governance and reporting to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key initiative deliverables, improving metrics related to predictability and time to market.
  • Coordinate with other Agile Delivery Leads to ensure a unified approach and optimal use of team capacity.
  • Provide expert coaching and mentorship to agile teams and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Heads of Product to advise on portfolio management, prioritization, and scope adjustments during Critical Investment Review.
  • Drive stakeholder needs and expectations and methods of cooperation.
