Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Delivery Lead, you will:

  • Drive the on-time delivery of project outcomes
  • Effectively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to ensure timely mitigation and resolution.
  • Maintain healthy backlogs through discovery, refinement, and team coaching.
  • Provide clear communication and regular progress updates.
  • Continuously improve planning and predictability through forecasting using empirical data and charts like Burn Up and Burn Down.
  • Build and manage strong, collaborative relationships with both business stakeholders and third parties, ensuring clear agreements and effective collaboration
  • Develop and implement improvement plans for teams.
