Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays are always looking for great people to join our award-winning team of colleagues. We’re looking to hire an Agile Delivery Lead to join our central data team. Reporting to one of our Data & Analytics Engineering Managers, our Agile Delivery Lead will work across several multi-disciplinary data teams to support the effective and efficient delivery of data initiatives to our internal business stakeholders.
You’ll be part of the team that solves the technical challenges that help shape how we operate our analytical platform and solutions, enabling Jet2.com and Jet2holidays to stay ahead in the market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• You’ll understand business priorities, analytical solutions and be able to plan and drive agile delivery.
• You’ll make sure the team or teams are performing at their best to deliver, identifying issues, managing dependencies and overcoming impediments.
• You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to drive effective decisions and outcomes, to mitigate risks and provide transparent, accurate and timely updates.
• You’ll be an advocate for the release of valuable working solutions early and often, helping to Create Memories for our customers and users across the business.
