Description:
Prezzee is hiring two experienced Delivery Leads to drive pivotal programs of work, including leading go-to-market strategies for new products and managing our international expansion. These programs are highly complex and require expert coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure success. This is a great opportunity to lead high-profile initiatives and be part of a practice that is reshaping how we deliver value to our customers.
As an Agile Delivery Lead at Prezzee, you will be responsible for ensuring the Agile framework is followed within multiple teams to deliver quality projects and products on time. Ensuring that the teams have everything they need to do excellent work, whether it’s people, processes, or tech, and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery plan for the program which tracks progress towards goals and manages dependencies tightly
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support the company objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate ceremonies for programs of work utilising 3 or more teams which include planning, reviews, release planning, and sprint retrospectives for the program.
- Coordinate with the other Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to schedule the execution of deliverables across multiple teams
- Implement and monitor continuous improvements initiatives
- Provide visibility of team status and issues to senior management and other business stakeholders.
- Assist management to forecast capacity to ensure that the team has adequate resources to meet roadmap requirements
- Apply change management principles and methodologies to address any roadblocks or challenges that may risk the execution.
- Educate teams to build understanding of the changes to support the delivery of the roadmap and adoption within the business to ensure its success
- Develop and lead communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Manage necessary resource planning to ensure successful delivery of the roadmap and to minimise impact on BAU
