Correla are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, management, and delivery of Product roadmap items from concept to release.
- Embed Agile methodologies within development squads, ensuring processes are consistently followed.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor story progress throughout the Sprint and Release schedules
- Act as a Scrum Master, guiding delivery teams in a matrixed environment.
- Create and maintain a positive, empowering environment that fosters ownership, inclusion, and innovation.
- Balance team capacity across planned work, project tasks, and operational/ticket driven efforts
- Ensure that products and projects meet defined quality standards at every stage of development.
- Proactively manage project risks, resolving issues that could impact scope, schedule, or quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Engage senior stakeholders, escalating risks, issues, and key decision points when necessary.
- Provide transparency and consistent communication through effective reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
