ABOUT YOU:
Successful candidates will have proven experience working in an Agile Delivery Management or Scrum Master role and are passionate about empowering squads and fostering a collaborative and agile culture. Experience working in a smaller organisation/start-up is desirable.
- Strong knowledge and experience of working in and applying Scrum & Kanban Agile principles.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and you can effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Strong experience of using agile planning and delivery tools for creating, managing and tracking deliverables as well as the ability to interpret data and take action to course correct where necessary.
- Strong coaching and mentoring experience.
- Commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics.
- A team player willing to adapt, support and drive improvements to all parts of the agile delivery process.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Icon Payments Framework (IPF) provides institutions with faster and more cost-effective access to instant payments through an advanced and highly flexible payments specific platform which seamlessly integrates with core and back-office banking applications.
Our Agile Delivery Managers are leaders who are responsible for guiding our agile squads to deliver value to clients through facilitating Agile ceremonies and practices as well as coaching Agile principles and values.
They lead their squads to deliver high quality solutions for our clients by creating and managing delivery plans, identifying and removing impediments, as well as driving continuous improvements through strong relationships with Engineers and key stakeholders.
