SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong communicator with the ability to understand people, build relationships, and gain trust.
- Demonstrated empathy and the ability to relate to team members and stakeholders.
- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe certification (SPC/RTE/SM), ICA Coach certifications such as ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading and coaching Agile transformations
- Exceptional leadership and facilitation skills, capable of guiding teams towards common goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of removing impediments and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Lead Release Train Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery, you will work closely with scrum master’s from outsourcing partners to ensure teams collaborate effectively, adhere to agile practices, and continuously improve. Your role will be critical in guiding teams and the organization to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Guide change towards organisational Agility and Measures the impact of change based on business outcomes.
- Act as an RTE: Help the ART prepare for PI planning, facilitates PI planning, Support PI execution
- Help organize and run Digital portfolio governance, supporting the Digital NGP OPS manager with departmental initiatives.
- Mentor and support Scrum Masters from outsourcing partners.
- Act as an ambassador for Agile practices, promoting awareness within the organization and among stakeholders.
