• Engineering Program Manager to manage agile projects in Java full stack with overall experience of 15+ years.
• Very strong and proven capability in stakeholder management, risk forecasting, risk mitigation, program planning, and program execution.
• Ability to handle business conflicting priorities/requirements, architect reviews, interface discussions, and attending calls with critical stakeholders and tough clients.
• Understanding of BFS domain and experience in Java Full-stack technologies, Spring framework, (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML/XSL, PL/SQL.
• Lead a development team of 40 to 50 members in estimation, analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle tough clients. Manage communication with the business teams.
• Guide BA, Dev, Tech Leads, and QA team to have proper requirements, design, reviews, test plans, and technical strategy.
• Good to have Flexcube product knowledge or experience.
• Manage clients and people in ambiguous environments.
• Technical Lead who can do architectural reviews and manage delivery of the project.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Release processes (e.g., Udeploy, Java release processes, SDLC processes).
