We’re seeking a dynamic Agile Project Manager to join our innovative team and lead the charge in delivering game-changing projects.You’ll harness the power of agile practices while leveraging your project management expertise to ensure our initiatives hit the mark – on time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in project management, with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies
- Proven track record of steering complex technology projects to success
- Battle-tested experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams
- Demonstrated ability to adapt project approaches to meet diverse business needs
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Orchestrate project success using a hybrid of agile and traditional methodologies
- Spearhead agile ceremonies that keep teams aligned, motivated, and high performing
- Craft compelling business cases that turn ideas into reality
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, ensuring clear communication at all levels
- Champion continuous improvement, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability
- Manage project finances with a keen eye, maximising value for every dollar spent

SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Recognised Project Management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner).
- Mastery of both agile and traditional project management principles
- Expert resource management skills, adeptly juggling resources across multiple projects and operational activities to maximise efficiency and outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management prowess
- Sharp analytical skills, with a talent for creative problem-solving
- Proficiency in project management tools and technologies
- Strong commercial acumen and vendor management capabilities
