Job Title: Agile Project Manager
Location: Cambridge, ON | On-site
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies including: Stand-ups, Planning, Retrospectives, and Grooming sessions.
  • Track project commitments, communicate risk and risk mitigation strategies where appropriate.
  • Protect the team from outside distractions and help remove obstacles that impact the team’s ability to deliver against commitments.
  • Assist team in refining user stories and help guide them towards accurate story sizing and meeting organizational commitments.
  • Act as a respected subject matter expert on all things agile; provide strategic guidance and coaching to teams on agile and scrum processes.
  • Understand project deliverables and can speak to the business rationale as to why the team has prioritized one feature or deliverable over another
  • Participate in design and code reviews
  • Design & Develop applications and software automation processes
  • Expertise in .NET , C#, Python, Git, VSTO, Power Automate, Visual Studio, GitHub Copilot
  • Working knowledge of VB6 is an added asset
  • Lead implementation teams to meet performance and scheduled milestones
  • Promote positive relations between departments and with partners, customers, vendors, and distributors
  • Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations which support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work in a team environment and actively facilitate and participate in group meetings
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
