QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum 8 years of experience - or 6 years experience with MS/MA - or 3 years experience with PhD.
  • Defining, developing, and documenting operational support concepts leading to development and implementation of requirements, specifications, and design plans.
  • Familiarity/Experience with Agile project management.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence.
  • Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with IC industry and customer. Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

The function areas include: Operations and Maintenance (O&M), legacy application/system mission capability enhancements, infrastructure, security, web applications, metrics, compliance-related audit, Service/Help Desk, procurement of hardware and software, and Disaster Recovery (DR). Enhancements include bugfixes, improving the capabilities of and adding new functions to a legacy application.

  • Provide Agile systems support combining/aligning software, DEV/OPS, sustainment, and operations along with their product owners, products and deliverables.
  • Organize the engineering activities to support current and future tasks and identify risks and dependencies.
  • Help the team communicate and coordinate to deliver work items, perform daily backlog refinement, facilitate team events.
  • Assist the Product owner in preparing and refining the backlog for Program iteration and iteration planning, conduct backlog grooming with the team.
  • Coordinate with the Product owner and Release train engineer to mitigate risks, management dependencies, and address issues
