Right now, we are looking for an Agilist joining our Cultural Hacking & Agility Studio at Globant! Our studio accompanies Globant’s customers to create a way forward to achieve business goals by crafting cultures of empowered people, making transformation tangible and finding new ways to build an adaptable organization.
You will get the chance to:
- Gain a solid understanding of how to approach agile transformations (definition of organisational design, conduct change management processes, mentoring programs for different roles in agile ecosystems, design and execute training and facilitate working sessions).
- Assembly of key materials and activities to generate transformations of great impact on our clients.
- Participate in diverse teams to transform and enhance the ways of working and culture of our clients creating business impact and people transformation.
- Get the chance to know and do research about the best practices of the market related to digital transformation and talent engagement.
What would help you succeed:
- Agile frameworks/methods (Scrum, Kanban, Safe, LeSS, etc)
- Facilitation and training skills.
- Experience implementing team metrics to improve teams effectiveness (Lead time, Cycle time, Throughput)
- Mentoring capabilities.
- Design and process improvement (políticas, procedimientos, workflows, etc)
- Process modelling tools (mandatory)
- ITIL (Very desirable versión 4)
- Create and manage communication plans.
- English Advanced Mandatory
- Courses related to the subject (transformation, agility, change management, process definition) are a big plus!
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (JIRA, Google suite, Miro, etc.).
- Experience in similar positions accompanying agile teams and transformations.
