Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Aging & Longevity Senior Growth Specialist with demonstrated experience related to gerontology, financial planning, housing and transportation, health care, and other needs for clients as they age. Using this knowledge, the Specialist will support advisors and relationship managers in helping customers and clients navigate financial wellbeing throughout life. In this role, you will:

  • Bring demonstrated experience in the latest research, legislation, products, trends, and developments in aging and financial decision-making to enhance organizational knowledge, promote financial wellbeing, and improve the effectiveness of business strategies
  • Influence or design research to advance the firm’s thought leadership in Advice and Planning
  • Establish an enterprise point of view on how aging consumers’ behavior impacts decisions related to financial security and safety, retirement and estate planning, health and long-term care, mental and emotional wellbeing, preparing for cognitive decline, facing health emergencies, and other risks.
  • Analyze data, identify patterns, and draw insights to inform the development of innovative advice tools and resources. Serve as subject matter expert in the accuracy and relevance of advice content.
  • Prepare presentations to communicate insights on aging consumers to internal and external stakeholders including Wells Fargo lines of business, clients, advisors and relationship managers, the Office of Consumer Protection, Public Relations, employees, regulators, financial influencers, and communities.
  • Collaborate on business initiatives with teams across the enterprise, including Consumer and Small Business banking, Consumer Lending, Wealth & Investment Management, Commercial, and Wells Fargo employees.
