AGRICULTURE AND ESTATES SECRETARY – NORTHAMPTON

You will play a key role in supporting the Agriculture and Estates department, providing high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of legal services.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally, prior experience as a Legal Secretary
- Experience within Agriculture and Estates law is advantageous but not essential
- Familiarity with legal documentation and processes is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support, including preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents with a high level of accuracy
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to meet deadlines effectively
- Handling written and oral communication with clients, colleagues and third parties in a professional and efficient manner
- Accurately managing legal documents, including undertaking occasional unfamiliar tasks
- Assisting colleagues by leveraging advanced computer literacy to ensure efficient use of software and systems
- Identifying and resolving issues to maintain seamless workflow and support the team’s goals
