ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at STgenetics® in Camperdown, Victoria. This is a full-time, shift-based role that will play a key part in supporting our laboratory operations and contributing to the company’s success.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Performing a variety of production laboratory processes in compliance with established protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Operating and maintaining flow cytometers and other laboratory equipment.
• Analyzing data, interpreting findings, and documenting results in a detailed and organized manner.
• Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assisting with the preparation and organization of laboratory materials and supplies.
• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Actively participating in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
