JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technician with hands-on expertise in repairing and maintaining agro-machinery and landscaping equipment. The role involves working with tractors, mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other related machines. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical skills and a practical approach to machinery maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Extensive hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining tractors, 2-stroke machines, and landscaping equipment.
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues effectively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of machinery.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Practical experience in working with various models of agro-machinery (no specific brand requirements).
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

• Repair and maintain tractors, mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping and agro-machinery.
• Conduct routine servicing and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues.
• Ensure all equipment is operational, safe, and meets site requirements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to address urgent repairs and reduce downtime.
• Keep records of all maintenance activities and recommend solutions for recurring issues.
• Provide guidance and hands-on training to junior staff when required.
