Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Agronomic Solution Manager, you will lead the development of competitive, tailored crop protection solutions for the Central Europe Cluster within the Field Solutions Product Agronomy team. Your focus will be on designing strategies that meet customer needs, market requirements, and accelerate time to market. You will collaborate closely with Regulatory Science, Commercial, and local market stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and registration of crop protection products across key segments and crops.
Responsibilities:
- Tailor competitive crop protection strategies aligned with EMEA-wide goals, targeting local customer needs in key crops and indications.
- Stay closely connected to local markets to anticipate and respond to customer demands and crop protection trends.
- Define and implement crop protection strategies for optimized market entry, collaborating across Field Solutions, Regulatory Science, and Commercial teams.
- Plan, evaluate, and ensure all trials are documented in compliance with GAP/Label recommendations, EPPO standards, internal SOPs, and local legal requirements.
- Contribute to zonal and European development projects, taking on the role of L ASM in the EU to support regional ASM work.
- Design trial programs to validate proof-of-concept ideas and integrate local market feedback into regional product development.
- Manage trials to ensure strong technical data packages that support new product positioning.
- Assist with Biological Assessment Dossiers, provide technical data for additional claims, and support regulatory evaluations.
- Build relationships with external trial cooperators, official institutes, and key opinion leaders to enhance project success.
- Act as a mentor within Field Solutions, contributing to innovation projects and key strategic initiatives, with a focus on sustainability.
- Manage administrative tasks such as trial costs, contracts, and invoicing for the Field Solutions team.
