Description:
This role will be instrumental in supporting the AHP Operational Leads to ensure that the AHP workforce is recruited and developed to contribute to and lead in the provision of outstanding, evidence-based patient care and professional development. The post holder will support the development of solutions for expanding innovative AHP practice education capacity and lead the implementation of these ideas. The post holder will also have a portfolio of work programmes to lead and develop further programmes of work that support the development of the AHP workforce including apprenticeships, return to practice, international recruitment and preceptorship programmes. *Please see the attached supporting job description and person specification document, which contains more information about the role and requirements.
