Responsibilities:
ROLE EXPECTATIONS: WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Design and implement sophisticated AI agents that can autonomously perform complex tasks, integrating seamlessly with our platform’s broader ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver high-performance software agents.
- Develop, test, and optimize algorithms that enable agents to learn, adapt, and make decisions in dynamic environments.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of agent-related software components, continuously refining their performance.
- Contribute to the development of tools and frameworks that enhance the capabilities of our AI agents, enabling them to address a wide range of use cases.
YOUR PROFILE: WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING FROM YOU IN THIS ROLE
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or autonomous systems.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical requirements (we mainly care about your skills and experience in that field, not your degree)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Rust
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing databases, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j). Experience with information retrieval systems and vector storage or similar technologies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and familiarity with reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or computer vision is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles, particularly in building scalable and reliable data-driven applications.
- A passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions that meet real-world needs.
