AI and Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking an AI and Machine Learning Specialist for a role based in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), building pipelines for unstructured data, and developing APIs for both LLMs and internal systems. This position requires familiarity with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and the deployment and fine-tuning of AI models. Applicants must be Open Work Permit holders, Permanent Residents, or Canadian Citizens due to client requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Expertise in building data pipelines for unstructured data.
• Proficiency in Gen AI applications and LLM orchestration.
• Skilled in prompt engineering and managing prompt libraries.
• Ability to develop APIs for both LLMs and internal systems.
  The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30.05/hour - $46.95/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

• LLM Handling: Familiar with deploying, experimenting, fine-tuning, prompt, and response caching of Large Language Models.
• Data Pipeline Construction: Ability to build pipelines for unstructured data, including Vector DB and embeddings.
• AI Applications: Experience with Gen AI applications, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering including prompt libraries.
• API Development: Build APIs for LLMs and internal systems, focusing on API/Microservices architecture.
