ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Masters degree or certification in AI, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on AI, data analytics, or machine learning projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI-driven initiatives that address business challenges.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning workflows, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, gap analysis, process mapping).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic data querying (e.g., SQL).
• Knowledge of AI platforms and technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker) is an advantage.
• Excellent documentation skills for writing clear and concise business and technical requirements

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful implementation of AI solutions to meet organizational goals. This role involves understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for AI-driven innovation, defining requirements, and ensuring that AI projects deliver measurable business value. The AI Business Analyst combines analytical thinking, domain knowledge, and a solid understanding of AI technologies to align technical capabilities with strategic objectives.
