Description:
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or several years of experience in computer science, data science, software development, or another related field; a master’s degree is recommended
- Solid understanding of common programming languages used in AI, such as Python, Java, C++, and R
- At least 6 years of experience working as an AI Consultant or in a comparable consulting role (AI Consultant certification or relevant experience is preferred)
- A strong track record of providing strategic AI guidance to diverse clients across industries
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions
- In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, algorithms, and their practical applications
- Certifications such as Certified AI Consultant (CAIC) or other relevant AI consulting certifications
- In-depth knowledge of hyperscaler AI solutions
- In-depth knowledge of CX vendors, including Genesys, Nice, Five9, Talkdesk, Kore.ai, Uniphore, Yellow.ai, Poly.ai, Level.ai, Observe.ai
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP)methodologies, ideally in the context of [chatbots, deep learning]
- Proven experience in assessing client needs, defining AI project scopes, and delivering successful outcomes
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills in addressing AI-related challenges for clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for AI projects, providing actionable recommendations for automation initiatives
- Recommending the best AI tools, big data frameworks, and deep learning technologies to fit business growth needs
- Developing and delivering AI training sessions and workshops
- Staying updated on AI advancements and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Contributing to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the organization to enable a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
