Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and conducting training sessions for customers, providing expert knowledge on Filevine/Outlaw AI drafting tools, and addressing core customer relations questions and issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (Coursework in technology/artificial intelligence, business, communications, or legal preferred).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or legal environment.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom and adept at running training sessions in a remote environment.
- Good people skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with technology, especially generative AI models.
- In Office Position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with legal tech products.
- Background in technology or legal industry.
- Experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
- Experience with AI technologies and applications.
- Proven track record of delivering effective training and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Organize, manage, and conduct training sessions with customers on Filevine/Outlaw AI drafting tools.
- Develop a deep understanding of Filevine/Outlaw AI products to effectively consult and support users.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and documentation.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve the product and training processes.
