With clear ties to our Forward ’28 Group Strategy, Group Data & Analytics are now creating the foundation for harnessing data & analytics capabilities. Currently, we are ramping up to build a highly specialized team that partners with our core business- and development teams, to deliver solutions that elevates data driven decision making, and adds value to our portfolio of existing and new IT applications.
To do so, we have recently established an AI & Data Products team, that will empower the organisation to leverage data and AI technologies to deliver business value and benefits.
Not only do we want to build things right, but just as important, we want to build the right things – which in the era of AI, and all the hype that comes with it, can be a challenge. You will have an integral part in striking that balance.

As our AI Engagement Lead, You will have an important role to drive and structure business engagement and value creation of our efforts with a holistic lens on how to elevate data driven decision making and AI adoption throughout the organization.

Specifically, you will:

• You will be responsible for development and implementation of a business engagement model.
• Use-case maturation and roadmap creation in close collaboration with business.
• Backlog maturation. Business and benefit cases.
• Drive business engagement. Facilitating workshops, dialogues etc.
• Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring their support.

Additionally, as responsible for the engagement model, you will work closely with Data & Analytics senior leadership to support developments of the broader operating model.
