About the OpportunityWe are embarking on an ambitious journey to build a revolutionary multi-agent platform that powers diverse applications, starting with a medical recruiting system. This platform will automate the recruiting pipeline end-to-end, delivering unprecedented insights and efficiency.
The initial deployment will transition a successful legacy system from its current commercial CRM backbone into a modern, fully agentic architecture—leveraging cloud-based services and edge-deployed agents. This is your chance to reimagine a proven product with a solid market foothold into a next-generation AI solution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define the Vision: Collaborate on the long-term architecture and vision for our multi-agent system.
• Own the Build: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the system, from legacy replacement to first commercial release.
• Set the Standard: Establish evaluation frameworks to ensure system quality in planning, execution, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Solve Big Problems: Develop innovative solutions for agent communication, user context integration, and long-term memory.
• Drive Key Decisions: Evaluate trade-offs between open-source frameworks, prompting strategies, and fine-tuning approaches, ensuring data-driven recommendations.
