As an AI Engineer at INFINIT, you will be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge as well as classical AI technologies to revolutionize financial services. You’ll work on deploying state-of-the-art models in production environments, turning research breakthroughs into tangible solutions that impact the financial industry. If you’re passionate about making AI technology accessible and impactful in the world of finance, this role is your opportunity to make a significant mark.

• 5+ years of applied Machine Learning experience in the industry
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., ScikitLearn, Transformers, PyTorch)
• Extensive experience with classical ML(ex XGBoost) as well Deep Models (ex RNNs)Demonstrated expertise in natural language processing and computer vision
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience with time series analysis and predictive modeling in financial contexts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying AI solutions. Azure preferred.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy practices in the financial sector
• Able to move fast in an environment where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadlines
• Enjoy owning problems end-to-end and are willing to acquire new knowledge to get the job done

Advantageous:

• Experience with credit scoring, ads optimization, or large language models (LLMs)
• Familiarity with methods of continued pre-training and fine-tuning large language models (e.g., distillation, supervised fine-tuning, policy optimization)
• Experience with quantitative finance
• Knowledge of financial regulations and their impact on AI applications
• Contributions to FinTech-related open-source projects or research publications
