WHAT YOU’LL DO

Are you passionate about driving innovation through AI? Take the opportunity to join our Data Science and AI team and play a crucial role in creating a personalized customer journey, optimizing our digital products and automating analytics processing using generative AI.
We are looking for a talented and experienced AI engineer with a focus on delivering data products and with an expertise in Generative AI.
In this role you will be expected to both independently drive projects from idea to production and enable others with knowledge in generative AI and engineering best practices. You’ll stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, evaluating potential applications to real-world business scenarios⁠.
Your role will be pivotal in spreading AI knowledge across our organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning⁠. As a technical expert within our team of data scientist and AI engineers, you’ll set high standards for excellence and ensure the successful delivery of AI projects that bring tangible value to our Product Areas and clusters⁠.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your work. You’ll partner closely with data analysts, engineers, and key product team members to uncover AI opportunities and drive the adoption of AI solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in bridging the gap between innovation and implementation⁠.
From problem formulation and data collection to model development and deployment, you’ll lead end-to-end project execution, establishing best practices and standards for AI development⁠⁠. Your commitment to ethical and responsible AI use will be instrumental in implementing robust quality assurance processes that validate model performance, reliability, and fairness⁠.

To be successful in this role, we believe you should have:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering AI projects from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from various parts of the business, including technical teams, product management, and leadership, to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Strong understanding of how AI can drive value and impact business outcomes, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business advantages.
• Knowledge about Retrieval Augmented Generation and AI Agents.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modelling techniques.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or similar
