AI/Machine Learning Lead

We are seeking a passionate and innovative AI/ML Lead to spearhead cutting-edge projects and drive impactful AI/ML solutions across various domains. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in AI/ML engineering, hands-on project experience, and a visionary mindset to integrate advanced technologies into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AI/ML projects, ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models leveraging state-of-the-art technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), and video analytics.
• Explore and recommend AI/ML technologies and methodologies to address domain-specific challenges.

• Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML to continuously improve solution design and delivery.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience as a project member of AI/ML implementation projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of current AI/ML technologies and their application to practical solutions across various industries.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI.Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
