QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge of AI/ML delivery processes
• Experience working in a large matrix organization Experience with financial planning / management
• Experience leading and driving delivery of medium-sized business / technology projects and governance initiatives (using waterfall and agile methodologies) and has thorough knowledge of project delivery principles, practices, techniques, and tools (Jira, Clarity) – 5+ years
• Business analysis experience (requirements solicitation, process modeling, policy / procedural documentation, cost and value estimation/assessment, etc.) - 5+ years
• A self-starter eager to take on different types of assignments who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to perform, maximize the contributions of all team members and communicate effectively, with confidence
• Strong collaboration skills to help uncover stakeholder needs and motivations, influence and secure the cooperation of key resources, resolve conflicts and negotiate positive outcomes
• Adaptable to a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
• Understands and appreciates different and opposing perspectives

• Experience in the Financial Services sector is an asset Experience working for a consultancy is an asset Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of work experience
