• Analyse complex datasets to identify patterns that enable feature and product improvements through machine learning (ML) and applied artificial intelligence (AI). [Initiative and Analysis]
• Take ownership of delivering data-driven features, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into products through effective design and implementation. [Enablement and Ownership]
• Lead and plan the delivery of product initiatives with a pragmatic approach, maintaining awareness of costs and ensuring efficient use of resources. [Technical Leadership]
• Establish and maintain operational excellence in the development and deployment of machine learning models. [Operational Excellence]
• Collaborate on the education of ML practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and upholding high standards of quality, ownership, and collaboration.
