We’re seeking an innovative and versatile AI Operations Manager to drive operational excellence using AI tools, agents and automation. This role combines creative thinking with practical AI implementation to revolutionise how we handle marketing, sales, project management, finance and other business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continuously review emerging automation, agentic systems and other tools, identifying those ready for adoption through a test-and-learn approach.
• Lead the integration of AI tools into business operations, optimising team efficiency while maintaining high output levels.
• Test and implement new AI tools and workflows. In sales, marketing, project management and beyond.
• Ensure that all automations and agentic processes are working fully, are documented and shared across the business, with improvements planned and implemented quarterly.
• Use AI to create compelling content for our podcast, LinkedIn feed, YouTube, website and speaking slots including words, photos, video, audio and graphics.
• Automate project management tasks including scheduling, risk assessment and mitigation, progress tracking and quality assurance.
• Utilise and improve our GPTs for proposals, RFP responses and awards submissions.
• Analyse and report on sales, marketing and project performance.
