Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Backend Solution & Platform Engineer with a passion for Generative AI and hands-on expertise in cloud development. As a Senior Backend Solution & Platform Engineer, you will lead the design, development (AI generated), and deployment of scalable GenAI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
EXPERIENCE
- 8-10 years of experience as Sr. Software Engineer
- Significant experience developing and integrating with enterprise platforms and solutions
- Experience with Natural Language Processing
- Experience at the intersection of reasoning and learning
- Experience in understanding end to end software development (Front end, Backend, Integration, Database(SQL/NoSQL), Deployment)
- Experience using LLMs
- Solid understanding of foundational math (algebra, linear algebra and geometry)
- Experience with robust modeling
- Knowledge of Python/Node.js, C#, Java etc
Technical Skills:
- Integration Platforms Eg. Mulesoft
- Experience with LLMs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Meta and their application in chatbots, RAG systems, and agents. (Eg. LLMs (Claude 3.5, GPT3.5, Gemini )
- Experience with Cloud development, Azure, AWS, GCP (e.g., App Service, Database Services, AI services, and Search).
- Familiarity with GenAI frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in team-driven environments.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup culture.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to cutting-edge technologies.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
