The Role
The AI Products Solutions Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing AI products and platforms within the government landscape. This role ensures that selected AI solutions are accessible, scalable, reliable, and secure while meeting the technical and business requirements of government entities Experience: 6-8 years

Key Skills: • Software Engineering Principles • Large-scale System Arch Expertise • Organizational and Change Management • AI and ML Technical Expertise • Integration Methodologies Expertise • Cloud Computing Platforms • Communication and Stakeholder Management Qualification and Experience: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Experience in integrating AI technologies with legacy systems and modern tech stacks • Certifications in cloud architecture are preferred Key Tasks & Responsibilities: AI Landscape Architecture Design • Design the overall architecture of AI products and platforms, ensuring that they meet technical and business requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to define the AI landscape, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives • Ensure that AI products and platforms are designed with scalability in mind, capable of handling increased data loads, user numbers, and computational demands • Implement security measures, including data encryption, access control, and threat detection, to safeguard AI products against potential vulnerabilities • Establish reliability standards, including uptime, performance benchmarks, and disaster recovery protocols, to maintain continuous operation of AI solutions • Facilitate the seamless integration of AI products with existing legacy systems, identifying and resolving compatibility issues • Lead the integration of AI technologies with new and emerging tech stacks, ensuring smooth interoperability and maximizing the utility of AI solutions within the broader IT ecosystem AI Products Availability and Usage • Make selected AI products and platforms available to government users, ensuring they are properly configured and accessible across relevant entities • Develop user access policies, permissions, and roles to ensure secure and compliant access to AI solutions • Provide technical guidance and support to government entities using AI products, assisting with troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of AI solutions • Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the technical proficiency of government users and ensure they effectively leverage AI platforms
