• Collaborate with business leaders and the AI team to develop a comprehensive AI roadmap that supports the broader business strategy.
• Facilitate the development of business cases for AI projects, clearly outlining the potential return on investment and impact.
• Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and broader company goals, maximizing the value derived from AI investments.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical AI teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business units and the AI team, ensuring smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and communicate project status, risks, and issues transparently.
• Governance & Oversight:
