We value trust, clear user value, fast-paced decision-making, and the joy of daily collaboration. We are looking for an outstanding Founding Engineer to join us in our brand new Berlin office.
Your Role

As a founding AI engineer, you will be at the heart of our technology and innovation. Working closely with our technical and product founders, you’ll have the chance to:

• Define ambitious goals for our AI products and identify key areas for improvement.
• Lead the development and implementation of RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines.
• Define, benchmark, and continually refine performance metrics with both short-term and long-term plans.

We’re seeking someone with expertise in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, and prompting techniques. Your contributions will be essential in propelling our AI advancements and securing our market position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML engineer or comparable academic background
• Proven track record in building complex RAG pipelines
• Skilled in evaluating and benchmarking LLMs
• Proficient in fine-tuning and reinforcement learning
• Strong knowledge of prompting techniques
• Fluent English
