- Experience with Human Centred Design / Design thinking
- Experience of meeting management and workshop facilitation (as a facilitator) both online and in person
- Experience of project management tools and techniques (Trello, Notion, Mural, Miro etc)
- Experience of customer journey mapping and creation

- Experience of business cases & growth strategies
