Currently seeking an Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their team.
This role will involve travelling to sites throughout the central belt, down to the Borders or up to Dundee and on-site hours are Monday to Thursday 8 am - 4.30 pm. Friday 8 am - 3.30 pm. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those looking to advance their career in the HVAC industry while contributing to a dynamic team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE (FURTHER TRAINING GIVEN WHERE REQUIRED):

• At least 4 years’ experience (post apprenticeship) servicing A/C systems is essential.
• A good understanding of Mitsubishi & Daikin VRF/VRV systems and the ability to quickly diagnose faults.
• NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred - not essential).
• FGAS Refrigerant Handling (City & Guilds 2079).
• CSCS card (Essential), IPAF, PASMA (preferred - not essential).
• The successful candidate should be capable of having a flexible approach to the work being carried out and work well independently as well as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence.
  Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

• Predictive and preventive maintenance (PPM), filter cleaning, F-Gas inspections, and thorough documentation.
• Pressure testing, leak detection, repairs, system recharging, and re-commissioning.
• Replacement of key components such as compressors, 4-way valves, transducers, and PCBs.
• Motor, fan belt, filter, and control board replacements for MVHR units and AHUs
