Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE AS AN AIR FREIGHT EXPORT MANAGER:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead a team of 20 staff, with a key focus on developing 4 supervisors to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of our air freight export services at our London office.
You will manage multiple high-profile customer accounts and collaborate with the Branch Manager to enhance business growth, visibility, and service quality. Occasional travel may be required to visit customers and strengthen relationships.
