Air Freight Officer (5D / West / MNC)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min GCE O level and above
• Min 1-year experience in air freight import and export operations and documentation
• Possess with certificate in IATA DGR Function 7.3 (Supervised Assessment) Processing / Accepting Dangerous Goods or Certificate in Tradenet Declaration

• Input shipment data and prepare invoices into the Kewill Enterprise Forwarding (KEF) system.
• Liase with consignees and appointed forwarders for shipment arrangement (shipment arrival, charges, documents)
• Collect and arrange payment with consignees, forwarder and terminal.
• Submit manifests within 7 days of shipment arrival and ensure accurate Tradenet declarations.
• Issue delivery orders, confirm delivery addresses, and arrange deliveries with the Traffice Section.
• Hand over completed jobs to the accounting department for monthly accounts closing.
• Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
