Description:

Job Summary:

  • 6 Days work week
  • Location: Changi Cargo
  • Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
  • Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming shipments by reviewing pre-alerts from overseas stations or customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate air import shipments with contractors to facilitate smooth clearance and prompt delivery to customers, addressing any delays proactively.
  • Update customers about shipment status and potential delays, managing cargo claims and conducting shipment surveys as needed.
  • Communicate with overseas agents regarding delayed shipments and ensure compliance with relevant customs permit declarations.
  • Follow customers’ standard operating procedures (SOP), promptly respond to emails from various stakeholders, and prepare cash sale invoices while updating billing information for the Accounts department.
