Are you ready to rock the future with us?About the jobWe are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Air Operations Operator to join our team on a full time basis located in our Tullamarine office.Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Process documents efficiently and promptly to ensure they are correct and are properly entered into operations systems.Liaise with AQIS, Airlines, couriers, Customs Agents, clients, various transport bodies, and Australian Customs as and when required.Take responsibility for booking cargo with airlines.Take responsibility for inspecting all dangerous goods documentation and cargo (where applicable).To order/book other third parties as required.To raise permits as required.To act as part of our Quality Assurance Systems, with AQISTo quote clients as required.To process creditor invoicesTake appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence of non-conformances.Take responsibility for Documenting Document Change Requests.Take responsibility for inspecting all freight received or dispatched to the consignee or shipper.About youWe will help you be successful in this role.
