Are you ready to rock the future with us?About the jobWe are looking for a dedicated, have a strong understanding with perishable regulations and excellent organizational skills to coordinate the transportation.Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Receive and process orders for the transportation of perishable goods from clients and internal stakeholders.Arrange transportation with carriers, airlines, or shipping lines, and negotiate rates to optimize cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines concerning the transportation of perishable goods, including but not limited to temperature control requirements, safety standards, and documentation.Prepare and review all necessary shipping and customs documentation, such as airway bills, bills of lading, certificates, permits, and licenses.Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing perishable goods to ensure they meet the required standards.Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status and address any concerns or queries.Identify potential risks and challenges associated with perishable shipments and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to optimize the perishable logistics operation.About youWe will help you be successful in this role.
